Calvin J. Coseo

Calvin J. Coseo graduated in 2006 from California State University, Chico, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA). He immediately put his marketing and business training to the ultimate test by starting his own company, CALTURF, a small firm offering design and installation of synthetic lawns for homes and athletic fields.

After three years of successfully running and growing the artificial turf business, Mr. Coseo switched fields to pursue his dream job – working side-by-side with his father at Coseo Properties, Inc. – and learning the business of industrial, commercial, and residential real estate from the ground up. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Coseo was responsible for managing the portfolios and eventual sales and rentals of the various properties being acquired by CPI as well as sitting on the Investment Committee board. During that time he was involved in the processing of over 2,000 sales and rentals.

Building on that experience, Mr. Coseo in 2014 started his own company, Coseo Enterprises, Inc. Coseo Enterprises has since acquired five properties totaling 762 units throughout Michigan.

Mr. Coseo is actively involved in community service and has served as a director of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater San Diego since 2011. In addition to providing leadership and fundraising assistance, he is on the auction committee for An Evening of Changing Lives, an event that raises over $1 million annually for some 25,000 children.
